Stephanie Jensen Weddings - site launch TBD
Website
Stephanie wanted a simple yet eye-catching site that showcases her wedding photography services. We worked closely to find the right template that covers her wide stylistic range while keeping info easy to digest. Site launch TBD.
Logo / Branding
A new logo based on Stephanie’s current design for her editorial photo services was created in a twofold process. I hand-drew the lotus flower, then imported it into Procreate where I built out the line work digitally. This design is used to anchor her logo, and modified as a step-and-repeat pattern for the site’s background.
We went through multiple font options and ultimately chose three for the logo, and two for the site. We selected a color palette reminiscent of Art Deco style with a modern twist.
SEO + IT
A full SEO overhaul was done on the 34-page site for Artemis Counseling, a couples counseling center in Wicker Park owned by Cynthia Bassuk. The site was built in WordPress, and there were several tech issues at play. So, I trained myself to update the PHP, learned about and updated / deleted relevant plugins, Installed and used a SEO plugin, and began backing up the site. Ongoing IT services are provided.
Website
Creative Life Counseling Center’s founder, Laura Foster, needed a new site from the ground up. We reviewed multiple template options and settled on a clean look where content could be easily and quickly understood. Navigation was clarified and streamlined from her previous site that had none. Buttons were incorporated throughout for easy appointment booking.
SEO / Blog
Upfront SEO was performed and a list of key words, key phrases and hashtags was developed for future use. We will review SEO quarterly and keep honing in on its best practices for CLCS.
A Blog page was also created and optimized. I developed a training manual and worked with CLCS staff to understand how to add blogs and optimize content for the best SEO.
Website
Duke’s vision evolved from a single home page to a 5-page layout with updated events and embedded Mixcloud players. I wrote all content and collaborated with photographer Jeff Ramone on new headshots for the Images page.
Logo / Branding
Duke wanted a clean yet upbeat style to match his taste in track selections. The logo was based off a prior sticker design, updated with a modern twist.
Website
A psychologist opened her own practice in 2018 and needed her own site. Each page follows a similar template, providing visual continuity.
Photography / Content
All photography was shot using iPhone XR and edited in Photoshop. Content was developed / edited using multiple biographical and business-related web sources.
Branding
Kate wanted to create font-based branding to be used on the site and professional stationery. I selected a font that complements what we used on the site.
Website
One home page was all Frankie needed to start, but we have made updates over time to add events and additional links.
